anyone have a *really* good gulten free cake recipie

The day after tomorrow our D&D group will be here, and I'd thought of baking a cake. However one of the players can't eat wheat/gluten. I know that many torte recipes are naturally flourless, but I've not actually made any. If anyone has a particularly favourite cake they've made more than once that doesn't contain wheat or gluten, and is willing to share the recipe today (since I'm heading into town tomorrow, so would have to buy ingredients then), I'd be grateful. Yes, I have googled it, and have a few ideas as backups, but making something that someone I trust says is good would be better than trusting a random stranger...

look for the website of America's Test Kitchen. They have a nut/chocolate torte that is absolutely fabulous.
