where did the week go?

kareinaHere it is Friday morning, and I find myself wondering what happened to the week. Time just seems to slip by so quickly! What have I accomplished this week?
A fair bit more of my thermodynamic modelling, some of it is working brilliantly, others are being difficult/frustrating. Spoke with my advisor yesterday who gave me some suggestions of things to try. Fingers crossed that it will help!
Met with Harlequin to discuss their costumes I'm helping them with. Reached the final decision of what and what colours and they are ready to order the linen. With much luck, and lots of effort we should have them new clothes to wear to the Abbey Medieval Festival in July.
Got a massage! First one in ages. It is amazing how easy it is to decide that one is "too busy" to take time for such an important thing! I really should set aside time for this more often. I still need to return the kindness tonight or tomorrow...
Wrote the draft of my application for an extension. While I would *love* to finish "on time", it is becoming more and more obvious that it isn't going to happen. My advisor approves of the extension, and thinks that it should be approved. Wish me luck! It would be nice to have my funding continued for another six months. That would make the timing perfect, as Crian finishes his Honour's year in November, so if I can be done by then too, we will be free for a bit of travel and visiting friends in other places before we head on to whatever comes next.
