Just quick notes on what I did today to make this, before I forget...

Put 7 or 8 cloves in 3 cm water to boil in a large pot. Set a lot of water to boil in another pot.

Add 2 sm carrots, chopped

Chop and add to the garlic and carrot boiling water the stem from a large Norwegian fresh broccoli

Cut the flower bits of the broccoli into bite size bits and set asside

Mix five eggs with a little garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt. Add enough flour to make a noodle dough

Add 200 g of fresh spinach to the pot with simmering veg and cover.

Cut the noodle dough by bits onto the boiling water

Add the broccli flowers on top of the noodles and cover. Meanwhile use the immersion blender on the sauce

Remove noodles and broccli from heat so it doesn't boil over

Add garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, coriander powder and nutmeg to the sauce. Add 3 hespibg tablespoons almond meal and 75 g butter

Drain the noodles and broccli, stir in to the sauce

Amazing as is still hot. Amazing cold hours later during afternoon adventures.
