Doing "enough" hard work lately

kareinaDreams have been really weird--I woke this morning from a dream where I took a pause from travelling down a narrow river canyon (presumably on a raft) to read the hand written replies from Uther, King of Drachenwald (who is a Western Duke in not-dreamland), the Queen (I don't recall who she was, but she is actually from Drachenwald) Margaret (Drachenwald Seneschal) and other members of the Drachenwald Law Council to a hand written letter I had sent (the Crown had requested that the letter be hand written).
In the dream I realized that I really should have taken a photo of my letter before I sent it, since I had written in a stream of consciousness from the heart, but I no longer remembered what I had written nor what topics I had covered.
So I was trying to open the intricately folded letters in today's packet (one from each person replying to me, all on different papers, with different hand writing styles, and different folding patterns) and trying to get photos because I was afraid the writing might get daaged in the process, (both from the unfolding, and from the river water splashing) and I was having problems reading them (I never can read when I am dreaming). I was also hoping that they had used old school letter replying techniques, wherein one repeats the question before replying, so that I could guess what they were replying to...
When I woke I could tell that we've been doing lots of cleaning and other work at the house. We slept 9 hours last night, but my body says it could happily sleep another 3 or 4 now that I've acceded to its demands to empty my bladder. My arms have that pleasant ache one gets from having a training program that is just perfect for improving strength, without over doing it.
