Worked a half day, went to my physical therapist appointment, picked up some groceries, took a bag of stuff to a friend at the hospital, came home, read for a couple of hours, took a nap, read for three more hours, then called a friend and as we talked I shoveled some snow, cleaned the kitchen, mixed up a new batch of muesli, and then cleaned the kitchen again. I guess research will need to wait till tomorrow, since it is now time for yoga and sleep.
