Earlier today
corva shared a photo of herself from high school, and asked her friends to do the same. While I do happen to have a few photos from that long ago here, I don't have the time to get them out and scan them, so I thought I'd not be able to play. However, by a funny coincidence this afternoon I got a note from MySpace saying that an old friend had "tagged" me in a photo.
This is slightly older than high school, but not much--I lived in Atenveldt from the age of 19 to 21. I'm not certain which year this photo was taken, but it had to be in there somewhere.
I still had chubby baby-fat cheeks! Also shown are my Viscount
donnanofg and his then-squire William.

Date: 2008-09-24 04:38 pm (UTC)I am the Kingdom web minister for Atenveldt, I love catching up with people that were in the kingdom at one point are aren't now.
I built our Online OP and help maintain it. Your record is here: http://www.atenveldt.org/Heraldry/OrderofPrecedence/memid/1955.aspx
Could you let me know where you are now? If you have a picture you want to contribute, that would be awesome.
I'd also love to share this and any other old pics you have with others on My flickr (check http://www.flickr.com/photos/jeff-godfrey/sets/72157606229814535/) if that is a possibility.

Date: 2008-09-24 10:12 pm (UTC)I am currently in the Barony of Ynys Fawr, Lochac (Tasmania, Australia), where I served as Baronial Seneschal from September 2005-7. I was also their A&S officer in 2003. I served as the Baronial A&S officer for Winters Gate (Oertha) from 1995-8, and the Regional Chatelaine for the soon-to be Principality of the Summits from 1993-4. The "Lady of the Chamber" post you list on your web page was a six-month post serving the first Princess of Oertha, who stepped down in June of 1985.
While it is a rather old photo, you are welcome to use the one currently displayed on the Lochac Laurel's page. (I don't really have a better current one. I should probably do something about that at some point...)
Thanks for sharing the photo link. I don't currently have any old photos on the computer, and, indeed, didn't even own a camera the three years I was in Atenveldt. Did you follow the link to Sir William's MySpace page? He has a number of other old photos there, besides the one I'm in.
