The other day I accidentally purchased a container of sweetened yoghurt instead of the plan yoghurt I prefer. I used a bit to make a batch of naan, and was rather disappointed with the result—naan is *much* better when made with plain yoghurt. So, what to do? I don’t ever eat yoghurt straight, and if I did I certainly wouldn’t eat a sweetened version, ick! Now that I’m living alone there isn’t any point in baking a cake or cookies with it—I don’t need as much sweet stuff in the house as that volume of liquid would produce. Then I noticed the two bananas I had sitting around, and came up with my answer.

Next time I'm in the store you can bet I will read the label more closely to be certain that my yoghurt doesn't contain "zucchero", but if accidents ever happen again, I know what to do about it.
