Oddly enough, when I sat down to tupe, and wrote the subject line, the oops refered to the unexpected rain and my failure to paint the night before that I had just experienced. Then, when I dtsrted typing I realised that there was more I hadn't recorded yet, and I backed the story up a bit.
There were a few seconds there when I wondered if the ladder bite would need urgent care. I am so glad it didn't. Not only because that level of damage hurts more snd takes more recovery time, but also because the local health care center wasn't open, and it would have meant a 35 minute drive to get to the hospital in town.
