I am seriously looking forward to cooking with it! I have been told that it should keep water boiling a full 10 minutes after it comes off the fire. I want to test that, and see how long it actually is, and if that means one can cook oatmeal by boiling water, removing the pot from the flame and adding the oats, and then walking away as it kerps bubbling, and then come back to porridge that is done, but not burnt.
I want to finish the tiny pot, and see how long it keeps water boiling, and try other porportions of size and thickness to see if there is a forula to calculate how long water kerps boiling, and if one can calibrate different pots to different cooking times for different porridge grains.
