Oh, sorry, I saw that you had asked one morning as I was about to head out the door, but then I forgot to answer the question. At first I was surprised you asked, since she has done this class in the West a number of times now, but then I remembered the part about burnout, so you may have missed it there, but I encourage you to catch her at an event, or send her a note on FB or via mail her and ask, she can talk for hours on the subject.
She covered uses for pretty much every fluid bodies can produce (even "nose grease" (generated by the pores on the outside of the nose), which if I am remembering correctly, is good for certain types of reeds for musical instruments).
In between the expected things (ammonia from urine, food from blood, tanning leather with brains, etc.) she included some funny stories, like the time she tried following a period recipe for fabric dying that called for the urine of a diabetic, but it didn't do the expected chemical reaction, and then she realised that her diabetic was medicated, so of course it didn't work. Also a really funny story about convincing a guy to try open-pit tanning of leather using dog poo, and how it solved his issues with the bad neighbour.
