Well, I suppose any shire anywhere could buy or build a hot tub on a trailer to take to events. One only wants to take it locally though, since it shouldn't drive more than 40 km/hr, and so one wouldn't really want to bring it more than, say 40 km.
The castles are nice, but we don't have them this far north. But I can get to them with only a couple of short flights or a Very long drive.
