kareinaI must be settled into the new house, since I finally managed a reasonable amount of uni work again. Despite taking a long nap at mid-day I still managed to put in six hours of uni work today, and have added 1401 words to my thesis. If I can just manage this (or better) for a few weeks, the thesis will be done...
Still no working network, making it necessary to bring my computer to the (painfully slow) internet connection at the far end of the house. This could be a (partial) blessing in that I'm not being tempted to take breaks from uni work to check to see if anything important has come in. However, if something important does come it, it could be nearly 24 hours before I see it, since I'm only getting on line once a day. To say nothing of the work I'm not doing because it would require being on line. (fortunately, there is so much that needs doing, I can choose from the not-on-line portion of the to-do list)
