it must be someplace

 Well, that is frustrating. I have a nice case that holds both my glasses and my hearing aids. I had it today when I woke from my lunch time nap, because I got out my glasses and put them on.  I just looked for it to put on the hearing aids now so I can make a phone call, and the case isn't to be found.  I even took all the bedding off the bed and re-made it, expecting that it might just be tangled in a blanket or under a pillow´, but nope. Neither is it any of the other places I often set it (on the computer desk, kitchen table, table by the couch, couch, shelf in the bathroom...)  I guess I am not making a phone call.

edited to add: when Keldor got home he found it on the arm of the soffa, where I had checked three times and didn't see it.
