Now that feels good!
Jan. 14th, 2016 10:22 amLong time readers may remember the frustrations I occasionally faced doing the research project for which I was first hired at LTU--since I had no previous ore deposit experience I often felt like I had no idea what I was doing, and funding ran out long before I had completed what I considered enough modeling. Yet I persevered, and managed to get a paper covering what had been done written and published. That paper has been available electronically for quite a while, but only just appeared in print.
When the publisher sent me the announcement that it was finally out in paper form I forwarded the message to my colleague, one of whom replied by forwarding a note he had from a geologist he knows in another country who said:
"Congratulations for the paper! I find it really useful and have passed to people doing brownfield VMS exploration"
