Another day has zipped by so quickly that, despite keeping careful records as to what was done each hour, I can't really account for it. I don't really understand how I can track all of my time like this, and still have days wizz by in what feels like much less than a day.

So what did I do? Well, [livejournal.com profile] clovis_t and I did visit his parents, where we enjoyed lunch and the birthday pound-cake I'd made for his dad (which makes a fabulous vehicle for the really yummy raspberry jam they'd purchased at a school fair). Having enjoyed the cake (and in [livejournal.com profile] clovis_t's case the chocolate pudding and ice cream they pushed on him--there are times I'm grateful I don't like chocolate!) we also went for an afternoon run. We managed a little further than yesterday, and a greater percentage of it running, in the same 30 minutes. This makes two days in a row (and the first time since April we've done any jogging). Not surprisingly after settling back down at the computer after the run, the next time I went to get up my thighs protested, so I did the sensible thing and went for a walk with [livejournal.com profile] baronsnorri. However, [livejournal.com profile] clovis_t and I have agreed that tomorrow we will walk, or perhaps dance, or anything other than run. Two days in a row whilst getting the body used to that sort of effort is sufficent for us.

In between the visiting and the exercise, I managed to do about four hours worth of uni work, and some more laundry (today was clothes, having done the sheets yesterday). I now have a much easier to see what is happening summary spreadsheet of the various calculations I've done for the different samples--instead of needing to scroll up and down to see everything, I've got the important bits all together, visible at once. This should be very helpful. I've also done some editing and clarification, which netted an additional 84 words. Not bad, considering I think I'm still deleting chunks in the process.
