Advice to players of computer games

Ever.
Nothing good can ever come of it.
Besides, it is better to accept the fact that your choices have consequences and learn to cope with that fact. If you chose to take your attention from your game to answer a question, the consequences are entirely due to your choices, you cannot blame them on the person asking the question, who may not even have known you were playing a game in the first place.
Many gamers use phrases more or less like the above on a regular basis. If you have done so, I encourage you to find the poor person upon whom you blamed whatever in-game catastrophe you experienced, and apologize to them for having done so, and let them know that you understand that what happens in the game is your responsibility, and that you are sorry for any pain you may have caused them by attempting to divert the blame onto them.
