kareina | anyone have time for feedback suggestions?

I mentioned that I have tasks to accomplish before Tuesday's second interview. Task number two is to:

"Write a brief set of instructions to enable a data provider from MAL to describe how their geoarchaeological (e.g. soil chemistry and properties) data and metadata could be mapped to SEAD’s data structure. Use a flow diagram if you think it would be useful."

If you have time/energy/inclination to have a look at my 1-page document for this task, I would love to hear your feedback on it. Have I accomplished the goal? Is it clear? Is there enough information? Is there too much information? Does anything need editing? Is my diagram useful?
