I've been using Jo Walton's "cakelings" recipe, which is basically the same ingredients, but in a muffin/cupcake tin. The advantage of that is you can use cupcake papers, and the cleanup is trivial (unless your hand slips and you pour batter on the wrong bit of the pan).
