today slipped by very quickly

I took the trike to and from the office again today, staying just long enough to bring my total LTU work hours for the week up to 20, never mind that I am still a little behind from last week and the week before. I kinda planned to spend the evening working, but after taking some time to read a book I then checked messages, and found one that needed answering, and as I worked on that letter I had side conversations in FB messenger, which meant that that letter took pretty much two hours to write, and now, 1.5 hours later, I am still chatting with people and reading stuff on line instead of working. Perhaps I should just do my yoga and get some sleep and plan to work in the morning.
