Are there any direct flights? Not that it helps with that limited budget thing, but it sounds easier than traveling to Stockholm and taking a ferry, or, worse, driving all the way around, like the one car going to Cudgel War did the year I went--they missed the Ferry, so decided to just drive all the way around. Got there in enough time to actually enjoy much of the event, too.
